Cancellation policy
Please note: Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation if you’ve made them. Please see the hotels cancellation policy stated on individual confirmation received from the Marriott Chicago O’Hare, once you have made your housing reservations.
- Cancellations received on or before May 11, are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- No refunds or credits will be issued after 5:00pm CT; Monday, May 11, 2026.
- No-shows for the event will not be eligible to receive a refund. 
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than (30) days after cancellation has been approved. Please send written cancellations to csummers@distributionstrategy.com.

Photography and Filming: Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes. Your presence at the event constitutes consent for these images or recordings to be used by the organizers for promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, and printed materials.

Ownership and Usage Rights: All photographs and recordings taken at the event are the property of the event organizers and may be used at their discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing on social media platforms, website galleries, and promotional materials.

Individual Privacy: While every effort will be made to respect the privacy of attendees, it is understood that by participating in the event, you may be captured in photographs or recordings. However, if you have specific concerns about your image being used, please inform the event organizers in advance.

No Compensation: Attendees shall not be entitled to any compensation, payment, royalty, or other remuneration in connection with the use of any photographs or recordings in which they appear.
