Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your registration to the conference, we will refund your registration
fee as long as the cancellation is received by May 1 2024. Any cancellation received after May 1, will
be considered on a case by case basis. Alternatively, you can transfer your registration to a colleague.
Photography and Filming: Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes. Your presence at the event constitutes consent for these images or recordings to be used by the organizers for promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, and printed materials.
- Ownership and Usage Rights: All photographs and recordings taken at the event are the property of the event organizers and may be used at their discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing on social media platforms, website galleries, and promotional materials.
- Individual Privacy: While every effort will be made to respect the privacy of attendees, it is understood that by participating in the event, you may be captured in photographs or recordings. However, if you have specific concerns about your image being used, please inform the event organizers in advance.
- No Compensation: Attendees shall not be entitled to any compensation, payment, royalty, or other remuneration in connection with the use of any photographs or recordings in which they appear.
