By registering for the International Meeting for Applied Geosciences and Energy (IMAGE), I release and agree to indemnify IMAGE Management as well as the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and agents, officers, and employees of each, from all liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Convention and Exhibition except that each of IMAGE Management, AAPG and SEG is not released from such liability to the extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct.
