By registering for the Unconventional Resources Technology Conference (URTeC), I release and agree to indemnify URTeC Management as well as the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and agents, officers and employees of each, from all liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Conference and Exhibition except that each of URTeC Management, SPE, AAPG and SEG is not released from such liability to the extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct.
