Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations can be made by contacting URTeC Registration by email or telephone at +1 918 584 2555 by 3 June 2024.
• Cancellations received on or before 3 June will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee.
• Refunds will not be issued after 3 June or for “no shows.”
• You may substitute one participant for another.
• Refunds for the short courses can be made until 6 May. No refunds for the short courses can be made after this date.

Senior Rate

By registering for the Unconventional Resources Technology Conference (URTeC), I release and agree to indemnify URTeC Management as well as the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and agents, officers and employees of each, from all liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Conference and Exhibition except that each of URTeC Management, SPE, AAPG and SEG is not released from such liability to the extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct. I have read and understand this waiver and release.
