Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations can be made by contacting IMAGE Registration Support by email or telephone at +1 918 584 2555 by 13 August.
• Cancellations received on or before 26 July will be fully refunded, including fees for postconvention workshop(s), field trip(s), luncheon(s) and/or short course(s).
• Cancellations received between 27 July and 13 August will be refunded registration fees less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for postconvention workshop(s), field trip(s), luncheon(s) and/or short course(s) after 26 July.
• You may substitute one participant for another.
• No refunds will be issued after 13 August or for “no shows”.
• You may substitute one participant for another.

• AAPG (American Association of Petroleum Geologists)
• SEG (Society of Exploration Geophysicists)
• SPEM (Society for Sedimentary Geology)

**Non-Geo Guests may attend the convention as a Guest of a convention registrant. The guest may not be a member of any of the listed associations or a professional in the industry.

By registering for the International Meeting for Applied Geosciences and Energy (IMAGE), I release and agree to indemnify IMAGE Management as well as the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and agents, officers, and employees of each, from all liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Convention and Exhibition except that each of IMAGE Management, AAPG and SEG is not released from such liability to the extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct. I have read and understand this waiver and release.
